Germaine Harbor

Germaine Harbor is located in the beautiful neighborly community of Bethel Park. Opened in 1992, the five-story complex consists of 39 one-bedroom apartments. Each unit features a spacious living-dining room area, wall-to-wall carpet, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, sheer curtains, bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and refrigerator, and pre-wiring for television and telephone.

For greater safety, each apartment provides emergency medical alert pendants and alarm system, smoke detectors, closed circuit television for viewing the entrance to the building, security door peep holes, and facility fire and safety programs.

Our community room is a favorite gathering spot for the residents. On any given night, residents come together to enjoy Bingo, card games, board games, movies, television programs and lively conversation. Computer games are very popular among the residents.

Other highlights of the building include an exercise room for resident fitness, a spacious lounge, computer room with the latest equipment for beginner or advanced users, a library with a well-stocked collection of recent best sellers, and an attractive, reasonably priced laundry room. Each week, beauticians provide hair salon services to residents in our on-site beauty parlor.

Germaine Harbor is located near supermarkets, churches, and pharmacies. Our parking lot is convenient for the residents when unloading groceries, as well as for guests who come to visit. During the warmer months, resident often enjoy use of the patio and breezeway. Favorite summertime activities include sharing informal meals on the patio, especially at our traditional  picnic cookouts.
