Alexis Manor

Alexis Manor is a wonderful five-story building located in a wooded country setting in beautiful Wexford, PA. The complex consists of 60 one-bedroom apartments, all with eat-in kitchens. The apartments have central HVAC units, window sheers and are fully carpeted. Closets in the bedroom, living room and hallway provide plenty of storage space.

Upon entering the building, one will notice the pleasant lobby with plenty of room for sitting and chatting. The exterior side and back areas of the building offer ample patio space with a view of nature. Residents can enjoy the patios during the spring and summer months for private conversations and relaxing.

Our common kitchen and community rooms are set up for group dinners and parties. The residents gather in these rooms for birthdays, holidays and other special occasions. Weekly activities include BINGO, cards, games and spiritual meetings. The activity room has a television, library with
plenty of books, exercise equipment and table for jigsaw puzzles and board games. The laundry room is located on the fifth floor and consists of four washers and four dryers.

Alexis Manor features a secured keyless access system and is monitored by a security agency. Conveniently, the facility is located in close proximity to supermarkets, drug stores, department stores and a hospital. The parking lot has assigned resident spaces and visitor spaces.  Residents make use of the Meals on Wheels program and travel by Access transportation to surrounding shopping areas and medical appointments.
