Christian Housing forms Continuous Quality Improvement Committee
In this ever changing world, Christian Housing is committed to our Mission of providing safe and affordable housing to the senior population in Pennsylvania. Our goal is to be the very best and provide all that we can to ensure that our residents have the most positive experience possible.
Christian Housing has formed a Continuous Quality Improvement Council to monitor and improve our processes and procedures so that we may exceed the expectations of those that we serve. The CQI Committee is comprised of five property managers and the executive director of Christian Housing.
The role of the CQI Council is to gather information and keep abreast of all compliance and housing industry issues. The council meets on a monthly basis to discuss the needs of the senior population. We monitor and listen to the needs of our clients and look for opportunities to provide them with the exceptional service that they deserve. As we look to the future it is a priority of Christian Housing to carry on the mission that was set forth by our founders and to respond to the ever changing needs of seniors.
We believe in being that best in all that we do.
